D-Gallerie wants to be sure you love your art. If you are unhappy with any item purchased please contact us immediately and we will remedy the problem to the best of our ability. We are committed to the satisfaction of our customers.

RETURNS:

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept a return for exchange or for refund (less Shipping and Handling fees), provided the item is returned within seven (7) days from the date of shipment arrival. After informing us of your decision to return, the artwork needs to be shipped back to us within three (3) days. 

Returns must meet all of the following criteria:

• Seven (7) days to contact us about your intent to return the work.

• Contact us for a return label.

• Art must be shipped back to us within 3 days of you notifying us.

• Art must be sent in the original undamaged packaging.

• Art must be in original condition.

DAMAGE:

If the box containing the artwork appears to be damaged upon its arrival please contact us immediately without opening the package. If, however, you open the package and find the artwork damaged, please contact us and we will take care of it. Do not discard the original packaging.

Please, take a photo of package conditions before opening the package if you suspect that the artwork inside might be damaged or if you notice that the package has been broken or mistreated. This information is required for insurance claim purposes. Please note that, unless reported immediately upon receipt, damaged artwork will not be accepted for return.

Artworks usually will ship within five (5) days of purchased, if needed sooner please contact us. From time of shipping, the artwork will usually arrive at the buyer’s destination between three (3) to five (5) business days for domestic orders, I might take longer on international orders barring any delays due to customs clearance.

If you live in an area experiencing severe weather, natural disasters, or any other unforeseen major events, your package may be delayed. Please add an additional 2 - 3 business days to the estimated delivery date of your order.
